PVDF VALVES

PVDF has excellent chemical resistance against halogens such as chlorine and bromine, strong acids such as hydrofluoric and nitric acids, organic solvents and oils. PVDF is not resistant to hot bases. PVDF has much higher abrasion resistance than other thermoplastics.

These are also available in Ball Valve, Diaphragm, Butterfly, and Check valve and optional actuators available. Optional flanged or un-flanged.

These work well in low concentrate acid environments ranging up to 120 Degree Celsius. It has full bore corrosion resistant body with end connection in flange. These are commonly used by very demanding industries such as Chlorine, Bromine, Sulphuric Acid, Hydrochloric Acid (HCL), Pharmaceutical, Chlorinated Paraffin Wax, acid chemical and food industry.

VALVE TYPES

Our range of valves available in lined are Ball valve, Diaphragm, Butterfly, Strainer, and non-return Check Valves. They are available in lever operated, hand wheel,  or actuated with electric or pneumatic operated actuators.  Optional body materials in PP, PPH, ISO PP, and PVDF. 

 

CONNECTION TYPE

Our valves are available with flange drillings in Class 150, 300, BS4504 or PN10/16 or special drillings on request. They are also available in socket fusion or butt weld. All our valves are fully tested to ensure the highest of quality standard, which include hydrostatic pressure testing and electrostatic spark testing.

 

TUBE CONNECTOR VALVES

Our valves are also available for tube fittings, using PTFE or PFA thin wall tubing and connection type via union. They are available in ball valve, with union on both ends, or threaded one end. All our valves are fully tested to ensure the highest of quality standard, which include hydrostatic pressure testing and electrostatic spark testing.

 

KEY FEATURES
