LINED CHECK VALVES

 

Resistochem cc range of Lined Check Valves interior are completely lined with a high-quality PTFE/PFA/FEP or PVDF lining material and due to its thickness, it completely protects the valves against any chemical corrosion which makes it an excellent choice for any aggressive applications.

They are also known as a Shut Off valves or Non-Return Valves. We offer several types of Check valves, a Lined Ball Check Valve which has a free-floating ball design made of Solid PTFE which promotes Positive shut–off across the pressure range. The internal is lined with PFA.

 

BALL TYPE

PFA Lined Ball Check Valves under normal flow the valves solid PTFE ball is pushed away from its seating area and fluid flows through the valve, in a backwards flow condition the ball is pushed firmly back into its seating position and prevents flow through the valve stopping process contamination etc. these are mainly designed for vertical installations. For Horizontal applications, we suggest our Swing Check Valves.

SWING CHECK 

Our Lined Swing Check Valves are available in a sandwich type, also known as wafer type, thin enough to be placed between flanged piping or fittings, taking up minimal space and works effectively. Alternatively, we can offer a fully flanged type whereby the swing is internal of a flanged unit. The swing is entirely lined in PFA/FEP or PVDF.

PISTON TYPE

We also offer a PFA Lined Poppet (Piston) Type Check Valve whereby a type of lined piston moves up and down inside a flanged unit creating an open and closed flow. Our range of Lined Check valves available in PFA, FEP or PVDF Lined with body materials on CS, DI, WCB or Stainless Steel.

WAFER LIFT CHECK 

Our Lined Wafer Lift Check Valves are available in a sandwich type, slightly thicker than the wafer type check valve, placed between flanged piping or fittings and using a piston in the centre backed by a spring. Line pressure pushes the piston back allowing medium to flow through. Once the line is closed, the spring forces the piston close preventing fluid to go backwards in the line. The entire internal of the wafer lift valve is lined in PFA/FEP & PVDF.

 

FLANGE DRILLING

Flange drillings are available in Class 150, 300, BS4504 or PN10/16. Special drilling on request. All our valves are fully tested to ensure the highest of quality standard, which include hydrostatic pressure testing and electrostatic spark testing. Body design available in ASME, JIS or BS.
