EXPANSION BELLOWS

Mild Steel, Stainless Steel or HALAR Coated Flanged, Full Stainless Steel / PTFE or Rubber Body

 

Industrial Expansion bellows also known as joints are manufactured of unreinforced or reinforced moulded PTFE, full stainless steel convoluted or EPDM / VITON Bellows and are available with ANSI 150#, PN10/16 or SANS 1123 ductile iron drilled flanges or stainless steel.

PTFE EXPANSION BELLOWS

The PTFE Expansion joints are available in 2, 3, or 5 convolutions with various allowable movements as noted below (also often referred to as couplings for 2-convolutions, expansion joints for 3-convolutions, and bellows for 5-convolutions, respectively). The PTFE Bellows have an optional stainless steel reinforcing rings and limit bolts to avoid excessive stretch of the Bellow.

RUBBER EXPANSION BELLOWS

The rubber type bellows ball is made of EPDM or VITON rubber. It is resistant to tensile, compressive, aging, high temperature and low temperature. It can be used in municipal construction, hydraulic engineering, electricity, water supply and drainage, water treatment and chemical industry. 

 

EPDM Bellow size range: 1” (DN25) to 24” (DN600)

Custom Rubber Large Bore Bellows: DN50 to DN2400

STAINLESS STEEL EXPANSION BELLOWS

The Stainless-Steel bellow or expansion joint is made of 316, 316L or 304 stainless steel.  Excellent softness, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, and can be connected in any direction in the pipeline to compensate and absorb vibration, reduce noise, change the direction of media transport, eliminate pipelines or pipes and Mechanical displacement between equipment, etc. 

 

SS Bellow Range: 1” (DN25) to 12” (DN300)

 

All Bellows are equipped with carbon steel, stainless steel or Plastic flanges, PN10, ANSI 150 lbs or any other connection standards. Steel flanges can also be HALAR coated for aggressive and corrosive environments.
